When enough is enough… Parents are suing a Massachusetts public school district for keeping their “genderqueer” and trans children’s identities and new pronouns a secret from them
A lawsuit was filed Tuesday by two sets of parents, including parents of an 11 year old “genderqueer” girl and a transgender boy child, against Ludlow Public Schools in Massachusetts for violating their parental rights by actively concealing their two children’s gender identities and pronouns secret from them.
The suit stands on the basis of violation of parental rights, due process, and religious freedom through injection of gender identity policies and aims to take down the woke school committee.

The district was filming children without their parents consent and for unknown purposes, while also encouraging kids to come up with strange pronouns and gender identities all the while hiding it from parents. This is a clear violation of parental rights, and violates the religious tenets of the parents as well.
With the encouragement of teachers and other school staff, B.F. came to the conclusion that they are “genderqueer” and use a variety of fake pronouns like ze/zir and fae/faerae, whatever those are supposed to mean.
The school also did not inform the parents that their other child, a boy who now identifies as a girl, has come out as transgender.
The district’s current superintendent has not commented on the suit, however the former superintendent was also accused within it of insulting the parents.
The suit accuses the former district superintendent, Todd Gazda, of insulting the parents during a public School Committee public meeting by claiming their concerns amounted to ‘intolerance of LGBTQ people thinly veiled’ behind a ‘camouflage of parental rights.’

What school boards fear are law suits. When parents start bringing these lawsuits and winning them, the school boards will back off from such wokeness. So, we need more lawyers to end the craziness.
Who planted the sicko notions in these children that cause them to suffer from this maladjustment?
It is the left’s continuing efforts to normalize adult/child sex. It is nothing less than that.
They were no doubt “convinced” by one means or another that they are not what they were born as.

About two decades ago the public schools in my area were running commercials about their "schools of the future" that were all equipped for every child to eat, sleep, be entertained, play with world class sports equipment and get medical care there. They proudly proclaimed that these children "will never want to go home".
I blurted out a bad word. In front of my friend. Who is a school teacher.
She said "well we do have some kids who are in bad situations..."
"How many?"
"A few. Maybe a couple a year."
"And you would be comfortable with a school that was promoting this for your child?"
"My children would not need this kind of care!"
"Every child. It said every child."
"Well... not every child would need it but for those who do..."
This has been in the works for a long time.
Don’t bother suing. Get your children the hell out of that system! You can’t fix it. You can only cause it a temporary setback and after a year or two it will come roaring back worse than ever and by then parents will get jailed for complaining and their children taken away to be raised by the State.
But, did the parents remove their children from the school? These articles never tell us.
Sure, maybe, if enough parents sue, the schools might start sharing information with parents.
That doesn’t mean the schools will stop indoctrinating the children with this nonsense.

35 years ago I had a conversation with a neighbor in Seattle about sex education in elementary schools. He had a son and I had a daughter the same age getting ready to start kindergarten, he WANTED the schools to teach sex Ed and everything else…to his son…that’s what his tax dollars for education should be used for.
He’s not the exception. At least in the Pugetopolis area back then, and worse now. We moved out west of Seattle before my kid started school to an area in the state that had sane education policy…or so we thought.

There is no such thing as a “transgender” person, just mutilated males and females.
There are roughly 50-100 trillion somatic cells in the human body (estimates vary widely), and each cell “knows” whether the person is male or female, regardless of plumbing. The plumbing operation has absolutely no impact on the DNA structure of the somatic cells. The hormone treatments also have no impact on somatic nuclear structure. The clothes a person wears also has no impact on the DNA that determines gender.
Most transgendered today or whatever they are just putting on a costume and pretending they are something else. They aren’t changing their equipment.

Their goal is to destroy the family. When they taught 5-year olds in school about certain practices, no one stopped them. A few years later some people are surprised to find out that the schools are giving opposite-sex hormones to their kids, referring to them by opposite-gender words, and whisking them off to surgery to have their reproductive organs sliced off.
They aren’t going to be stopped in this matter either. So what’s next? Will they take kids from their parents as soon as they are out of diapers (they don’t want the messy responsibility) and throw them into government-run boarding schools where they can be properly trained, away from their parents, in unrestricted sex, hatred of their parents, paganism, worship of abortion and nihilism?
