The difference is Texas has a border with Mexico and Florida does not, if you are going to bus these people to Washington if you pick them up on the border with Texas versus having them bused in from Texas when you have no idea of the schedule.
Maybe get Clint Eastwood to drive the first bus just like in the Gauntlet.

Should absolutely have been doing this long ago. Unfortunately, the likelihood of it happening is not good. Republicans have a history of occasionally coming up with obvious responses to democrats bad policies, but rarely follow through. And the democrats control the federal government, so it’s likely a democrat judge will block it.
That federal property ends at some point. Build the fence around that--right up to the border of that federal property.
