I think they can offer to finish the wall on private land if the landowner says “yes”. But the regular border crossings are federal property, so the state doesn’t have a say.
RINO - formally declare an invasion Article 4 Section 4, activate the full National Guard and repel them all at the border - collect their biometrics and push them right back to the other side. Be prepared for tense confrontation with the Feds, but don’t back down.
