Ukraine and its western backers remain sceptical of Putin’s intentions, worrying that the Russian president could be using the talks as a smokescreen to replenish his exhausted forces and plan a fresh offensive.

If Putin and Zelensky reach an agreement, will Biden accept it?

As part of the agreement under consideration, Ukraine would also refrain from developing nuclear weapons, or hosting foreign military bases in addition to abandoning its pursuit of Nato membership.

In exchange, Ukraine would get what Arakhamia called “wording close to Nato’s Article 5” — whereby the alliances’ members must come to each others’ aid if one is attacked — for security guarantees from countries including Russia, the US, the UK, Canada, France, Germany, China, Italy, Poland, Israel, and Turkey.

That's because the Nazi hot bed of Mariupol is now in Russian hands.

“Russia is no longer requesting Ukraine be “denazified” and is prepared to let Kyiv join the EU”

ROFLOL! They are trying to out Putin’s dumpster fire as fast as they can. The Pooties remind me of the vax shills. You just had to sit back and watch as everything they said blew up in their faces.

How many times does Putin have to lie before stupid people stop trusting him?

He’ll just use a ceasefire to regroup.

It has just been denazified already. No need to talk about it.

It was an impossible thing in the first place, and would be kept in place as long as Putin had the desire to continue the fight. Since he seems to be losing the will to fight, this can be pulled back.

Truth be told, it was probably a lie in the first place. Just like “There are fine people on both sides”, or the Jan 6th insurrection. It was just a talking point pushed to the extreme.

“according to four people briefed on the discussions”

Because 4 anonymous sources is better than 1. Because we all know that 4x0 is greater than 1x0

In addition to leaving all of Ukraine, The Russians should be required to leave Transnistria and Kalingrad. Also, only soldiers should be allowed to leave. All their equipment stays behind.

That’s because the Azov bastards were squashed in their stronghold of Mariupol. The DPR flag was hoisted in the city center. Most of the rest of them in are in the cauldron in eastern Ukraine and will, know doubt, die.
