After telling his friend that Ukrainian forces “tore apart” a column of Russian forces sent along with his own unit, he described complete disarray among the Russian military, with 50 percent of the unit suffering from frostbite on their feet.
Two Russian soldiers have been caught venting about Putin’s “bulls***” war against Ukraine in an intercepted phone call as devastating losses reportedly led one soldier to drive over his colonel with a tank.
“Basically, it’s a s***show here, I’ll put it that way,” an unnamed soldier near Mykolaiv in southern Ukraine can be heard telling a colleague in a recording released by Ukraine’s Security Service late Tuesday.

“Do you know what he told us? ‘It’s no secret to anyone that there are only a few hours until this special operation is over.’ And now those hours are still going.”
He said soldiers are complaining about having Kevlar vests that lack the hard-armor panel, but they are ignored.
“‘Comrade General, damn it, I have this situation,’” he recalled troops telling their leader. “And he just says, ‘Son, be strong,’ and then he f*** off. It’s such trash here… our own plane dropped a bomb on us,” he said.
“They couldn’t even send off the 200s here,” he said, using a Russian military term for dead bodies. “They rode with us for five days.”
“Even in Chechnya, there was nothing like this,” he said, describing the situation as a “madhouse.”
“This ‘special operation,’ damnit… with respect to homes not meant to be destroyed… it’s bulls***.”

I’m no Putin fan and I loathe the Ukrainian gubmit, but something tells me a “ceasefire” will eventually happen in Ukraine.
There’s not enough evidence to prove that the propaganda is 100% BS up to this point.
Three-star generals are usually discussing with the enlisted such things....Where, when did it take place?:)
Should have mentioned that sorry.
News coming out of Yahoo! is always highly suspect......................
Nice post. Some language is good for precision, other language is good for emphasis. Some language shouldn’t be used around Ladies, but Ladies now days are in rather short supply.
The language is very Biblical, especially if one goes to the Hebrew.
But these people do not know their right hand from their left.
She's pretty vile.
Then obviously our congress should be over there on a fact finding trip right there in Kiev. Leave the Kevlar vests in the limousines if the Russian military is in such a collapsed and failed state.
In WW1, there were apparently, a great number of British Army officers who died via .303 wounds in the back. Not so many Royal Marine officers, or Canadian officers. Of course, RM and Canadian (and Aussie and Kiwi) officers generally all advanced via ability, rather than ‘cash’ and ‘breeding’.
our own plane dropped a bomb on us
The only thing more accurate than incoming enemy fire is incoming friendly fire. (Murphy’s rules of Combat Ops)
If stuff like that didn’t happen it wouldn’t be a war.
In WWII the U.S. broke a Japanese code and discovered they were planning to invade a U.S. held Pacific island code named "AF," but they didn't know which island "AF" was.
So the Americans sent a false message saying that Midway Island was having trouble with its fresh water supply.
Sure enough, the Japanese reported back to their HQ that "AF" was having trouble with their fresh water supply, confirming that the attack target was Midway.
Allison Quinn is Daily Beast - hard Left propaganda. Yahoo "news" thought that her column was crappy enough to be on their feed.
I hope they start turning on their leaders in Moscow who led them into this.
I see a lot of snow there!
I don’t know where you are getting your data from, Here’s Sevastopol:

You can click on any spot in that link I posted above and get the next few day’s weather, as well as current conditions.
30s then. Still not enough for frostbite. I’m not buying the idea that the Russian Army isn’t prepared for winter weather. If they were Germans or French then I would buy it.
Yahooooooooooooooooooooooo
