Its all over Twitter and Telegram. Riot Police and Swat teams have moved in. Fuel, food, supplies are being confiscated. Arrests are being made of the truckers in Ottawa.

I would simply cut the air line to my parking brake. It would be very quick to do.

That would force the tow truck to have to cage the brakes. Not a hard job, but they would need the caging bolts... and time. Would certainly delay any quick movement.

The Canadian version of Tiananmen Square. The Trudeau government will not survive long when pictures of peaceful protesters being beaten with police truncheons or worse still being shot reverberate through the Internet. It will be interesting how our addled President will respond to this outrage.

I wonder if the best strategy would be to crank up the trucks and leave. They have made their point.

But they have seen zero in concessions from the government. That isn't "making a point".

When they get elimination of the "mandates", they will have truly made their point.

It might be good to start a new tactic, attacking from a different angle. I do believe that it is too late to relocate all those trucks and equipment to another position of advantage. Time is getting short.

Some police officer is going to overreact and spark up a conflagration. Or some government supporter will start a false-flag project that literally blows up in his face.

I hope the truckers have plans to deal with such things.

And here is the head of the Ottawa Police Arson Unit asking Matias for info some 12 hours after the supposed arson attempt. Funny that no one called the police or FD about it.

As other posters have pointed out it would be attempted mass murder to secure the doors on a building and set it afire. But not one resident thought it important enough to report? Mmm hmm.

Another stage of escalation is what that would amount to. The Canada commies don't seem to compute or else don't care that seeds have been planted, beyond just the truckers. Even if the truckers were overcome, or folded up and quit on their own, resistance would continue to build and come from other directions since trust and respect of the government is damaged in the eyes of the general public. Like it's been said the ability to protest is a relief valve - shut that off and pressure will build until something blows ugly.
