We know that the appointee will be a black female. But….is there a black, female, gay, disabled judge anywhere that will allow Biden (correction, those who pull Biden’s marionette strings) to score the virtue singalong superfecta??

Manchin would vote for Commie-la, and so would Murkowski, and Collins. Heck, even Romney would vote for her. If they put up Kamala first, it’s a shoo-in.
The answer to your question is yes. Manchin will be a yes vote even if it’s Harris. It won’t change the numbers. 3 radical leftist 3 conservatives, 2 centers and 1 left of center.

Biden promised to nominate a woman of color when he was running in 2020. He owes James Clyburn big time for getting him through the primaries.
Guess what? Clyburn has a nominee in mind. Her name is J. Michelle Childs and she is a sitting United States District Judge for the District of South Carolina.
I think Garland is toxic because of the amount of money his family makes off of Critial Race Theory.
The other serious possibility is Judge Katanji Brown-Jackson of the United States Court of Appeals for the D. C. Circuit. She went to Harvard Law School. I’m not sure who is closer to the hammer and sickle, Childs or Brown-Jackson.
Maybe Biden will appoint himself.
