Ut-oh, here comes Biden’s chance to go full BLM/Commie, worse than Breyer.
Democrat-nominated justices always vote the party line (unlike Federalist Society-endorsed justices nominated by Republicans). In that sense, there is no "worse than Breyer". This simply locks in a left-wing SC vote for a few more decades.

I don’t know. Breyer is a different personality than Ginsburg. He may just want to go before the Republicans take the Senate and while he can still enjoy a little life. Sandra Day O’Connor retired and is still alive.

If a rabid leftist is nominated, a few key Senators will be deciding votes. Collins, Murkowski, maybe Joe Manchin as well could be key.
If nominee is not perceived as rabid left, then many GOP will break ranks to confirm .

Odds are the replacement will be a black female, the radical part goes without saying. Senate and House Dems in swing states will take a big hit. Question is, will Manchin go along with a truly radical nominee? Manchin in his feud with Bernie Sanders just issued a statement yesterday saying that Sanders and his views do not represent the majority of Americans.
