It seems that the blocks are:

1. Thomas and Alito
2. Gorsuch and Coney Barrett
3. Roberts and Kavanaugh
4. Breyer, Sotomayor, and Kagan

No- not all healthcare workers are federally employed. The catch is most healthcare workers are employed by hospitals, clinics or doctors offices that are paid medicare/medicaid dollars, hence- federal $.

The horrible part of this ruling is- it can’t be appealed.

I am guessing that simply accepting medicare or medicaid would do it. Basically they are all federally funded. All in all the USSC showed once again that they are not for freedom.

The option of declining the ‘vaccine’ was not so for this joke of a ‘cure’ from a total BS Pandemic.

They want everyone jabbed and they are making any sort of prosperous life impossible for those of us who decline it.

My hospital initially forbid masks in the place, then one day the policy was reversed, and these nonsensical masks became required attire. It was literally an overnight policy change. They apparently lost their minds in the Administration, but shortly following it became quite evident that there was Coin involved.

There was a lot of money going around.

Oh they shared a fraction of it with us, but in short order I was proved to be physically incapable of keeping up with the demands of the new conditions. I lasted a year or more, and the money was good, but then I succumbed to the limits of my own flesh. I simply was unable to do all that was required. It stings to acknowledge this, but there is no shame in it. I am simply older now, and less able. That is life.

Meanwhile, I am certain that the Virus was contrived, the vaccines are garbage, and the Administrations of the hospitals are being enriched by Big Pharma and a Government that is destructive to the people whom it pretends to serve.

“Union calls for suspension of rapid testing after toxic substance found”

“A union representing the rights of public-sector workers has called for the suspension of rapid tests for the coronavirus, after media reports showed a swab contained multiple times the permissible trace level of ethylene oxide, a toxic substance.

The Isotita (Equality) union said rapid tests – which under current protocols thousands of people need to take every 72 hours for work – should be immediately discontinued until health authorities have investigated the matter and determined any health risks.

Citing the European Chemicals Agency, the union said ethylene oxide – a substance used to coat and sterilise PCR and rapid test nasal swabs – is toxic, carcinogenic and mutagenic even when inhaled...”

No, but it can be overturned, nullified, or ignored especially if it is unconstitutional, which it is.

Those places/clinics ARE included. When the government pays for services through Medicare and Medicaid, it has the legal authority to dictate terms to those facilities — including terms like vaccine mandates.

“ So now they need them back.”

Suffice to say if I were being begged to come back, the check they’d have to write would be eye watering.

Well this was just a ruling on the “stays” or pauses.

The actual cases are still in the lower courts. 5th and 6th circuit. They’ll be ruling soon hopefully. Then SCOTUS will decide if that is final or if they’ll take it up.

This ruling expands the definition of “Humanized mice”. Fauci must have many experiments in mind for the healthcare workers.

>> OSHA Mandate struck down 6-3. Should not have been so close on OSHA mandate, imho. Should have been 9-0 against. <<

It was entirely along party lines. Do you really think there was any chance the three RAT appointed judges would vote to slap down a Biden decree?

Appalling reasoning from Kavanaugh in allowing the medicare vaccine mandate to stand.

According to Kavanaugh and Roberths, the secretary of health has the right to force a vaccine on anyone receiving medicare funds and never mind that the 2 year old vaccines are totally useless against the current covid variants.

Congress never attached any vaccine conditions on medicare funding then why is Xavier Beccara allowed to impose his own condition?

Another example of a Trump appointed judgement in favour of big government and who does not respect liberty and the constitution.

But the ‘experts’ already displaced the right of the prior decision makers, the individuals.
