New York on Wednesday reported a new single-day high of 67,000 COVID-19 cases, a 64 percent increase in 24 hours, amid a recent rise of testing numbers due to the nationwide surge of the omicron variant.
More people are taking COVID-19 tests as families gather for the holidays, and as the threat of the highly contagious omicron variant hits the United States.

So last year when the flu totally disappeared we now know likely 90 percent or more “covid” cases were really just the flu.
Cases up everywhere. Colorado hospitalizations had been dropping for about 8 weeks, they just started going up again. We also have the Christmas/New Year’s bump yet to come.
Colorado deaths are now trending upwards slightly also.
Check your state sites to keep up.

My daughter was just tested by her doctor. The new tests are in use. She tested positive for COVID and negative for 3 types of flu.
She has symptoms, but she’s doing OK.
And even with hospitalizations...are we talking 24 hrs?? or 10 days.
Yeah, well nobody cares about that. What New Yorkers want to know is why Kyrie Irving was allowed to infect over 60,000 people in one day?
