Blue states that have repeatedly imposed mask mandates, vaccine requirements, and lockdowns over the last year have lost population to red states that have done away with such policies.
Newly released data from the United States Census Bureau reveals that while blue states like California and New York have increasingly lost population from July 2020 to July 2021, red states such as Texas and Florida have seen population increases.

Excellent news. The only problem I see is that conservatives in the red states are reacting to the trend rather than molding it to make sure we get the wheat and not the chaff.

I tell you: where I live the WalMart has TEN times the number of shoppers. I’ve never seen anything like it. You go early, it’s crowded. You go at lunch - packed. You go late evening - the same.
Parking lot use to be huge. Now it is hard to find a place. Locals are as shocked as I am. What is going on? we asked. No one knows. But it is crazy!
