Joe Biden’s vaccine mandate for federal contractors’ employees nationwide was shot down by a federal judge in Georgia on Tuesday. Joe Biden and his White House’s legally questionable vaccine mandate for federal contractors’ was halted nationwide by a federal judge on Tuesday, it was confirmed this morning.
Set to take effect on January 4, 2022, the mandate applied to nearly one quarter of the entire United States workforce, as the mandate targeted all companies that do business with the federal government such as Microsoft, Google, Lockheed Martin, and General Motors.
This latest vaccine mandate shutdown comes after Kentucky federal judge’s grant of a preliminary injunction involving a lawsuit in Kentucky, Tennessee, and Ohio.
The Biden regime’s government contractor mandate sparked a vast flurry of federal lawsuits from Arizona, Florida, Texas, Oklahoma, and Georgia, which argued that the regime did not have the legal authority to require the experimental injections, and that any such mandate was in direct violation of the U.S. Constitution.
The mandates are part of the regime’s plan to get more Americans injected with an experimental vaccine that CDC officials confirm does not prevent individuals from contracting or spreading COVID-19.
Joe Biden’s vaccine mandate plan further involves using an emergency regulation from the U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) would force private companies with 100 or more employees to require the injections.
The federal contractor mandate shutdown comes as several OSHA mandate challenges are pending in appellate courts. The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit recently stopped the enforcement of Biden’s OSHA regulation temporarily, and the Sixth Circuit is set to consider the challenges.
Already, the Sixth Circuit has denied the government’s request to move the case to Washington, D.C., and has refused the Biden regime’s request to hold it on abeyance.

LOL!!! And I told my HR representative today who reached out to me about their mandate, prior to this ruling, that it was UNCONSTITUTIONAL and that I would not comply.
“
What was HR’s response?

Just the confusion over this will create a weeks or months delay in getting any jab program going again if it happens to be reinstated. This should buy me the time I need to get to retirement without being given an ultimatum. I may have to get another batch of reserve horse paste though as what I have expires in February.
“
How many more months till retirement ?
I thought it was in the original post, but it’s not. Here ...

Again, footnote 7 in that Opinion refers to yesterday’s decision in the 11th. There is at least one other CMS decision that goes the other way. I don’t thave a full collection, keeping loose track only.
He just listened and said he wanted to make it clear that I could file for exemptions. I said, “I will not comply with any of it. It is unconstitutional. My medical history and my religious beliefs are not the company’s business.” I also told him that I find it reprehensible and unconscionable that the company could toss me without a safety net after 14 years of loyal service and that all of their correspondence about the mandate kept reiterating how they cared about their employees’ health and welfare. I said, “How hypocritical. What about those you are tossing with nothing?!”
Now a federal judge agrees with not only me but many, many good people.
That said, I have no intentions of staying with the company. Not after such treatment.
Understood. I appreciate your POV.
But I think these injections injunctions are much more likely to be held up on appeal.
Does this include contractors who work for the military? My husband works for a contractor at an Air Force base and the contractor is not backing down. Two of his co-workers are seeking religious exemptions.
Lets go Brandon!
About 4 months unless I just quit first. I want to continue pulling a salary as long as I planned. Only issue is being able to return after retirement if I wanted to (which I don’t now) and the mandate was reinstated.
If the contractor decides to order the jab without the mandate,
the contractor is now liable for everything.
You forgot kiddie-sniffer (at best).
Amen.......................
You would have to know my son and his wife... facepalm....kids are ALWAYS sick. The other two sons kids eat / crawl in / play in the dirt, healthy as horses.
Fortune 500 telecom company. They told us we are technically federal contractors because we have to file permits with the FAA and have a single contract with the FBI to hang 45 nodes nationally.
So all 6,000 employees need the jab...because a miniscule amount of our revenue comes from the fed.
Now that the shot mandate for fed contractors has been blocked, I wonder what their reaction will be...
Quite right.
