A federal judge on Monday issued a nationwide injunction on President Joe Biden’s executive order to halt oil and gas operations on all federal lands in the name of fighting so-called climate change.

Maybe they don't write as well as you'd like, but there's a lot more chance we'll get the truth than with NYT, WP, CNN, MSNBC, etc.
See Tagline.
“Breitbart is almost always a waste of time, failing to apply even the most basic elements of journalism.”
I can’t even remember what class it was in, I want to say my junior year of high school, but the teacher explained what journalism was. It answers the questions, what? when? where? and why? I’ve been reading the newspaper probably starting in 1959, so six years old. Granted, someone pre twenty-something probably isn’t a critical reader...I loved Nancy Drew...but I recall feeling “informed.” The first time I noticed that articles were definitely propaganda was during the Reagan years. The authors didn’t answer any of the questions, they just stated their opinions as facts. No backup. Just facts. Then, in the nineties I thought the “Tallahassee Democrat” was actually the Democratic party newspaper. I started writing articles for them in the hopes I could eventually work into the editorial page. That was when, to my shock, I found the paper wasn’t owned by the Democratic party.
I’d had an amazing opportunity, through a family connection, to interview a for-real smuggler. It was an astonishing article. The editor rejected it saying that the writers in the other sections of the paper were, “all specially trained to write on items like investigative journalism and politics.” I said, “But they always write the same things, from the same perspectives.” She looked at me like I was a simpleton, saying, “Yes.”
I stopped writing and stopped taking the paper. I gave up on newspapers and “news” magazines entirely.
Selling them to countries in Asia:
U.S. Is Already Exporting Oil From Strategic Reserve at Record Pace
If the oil is burned in Asia it doesn’t contribute to global warming. It’s settled science.
Well Congress has contracted out their duties so I blame them. Just like this OSHA mandate. Congress caused that.
"In last week’s oral arguments, lawyers from Attorney General Landry’s Office said that Biden Officials cannot legally halt all lease sales because Congress, by statute, has commanded that such lease sales happen on a regular basis. They cited the Outer Continental Shelf Lands Act and the Mineral Leasing Act as explicitly prohibiting the Biden Ban."
That's not undo reliance on the court. That's relying on the court only to enforce existing legislation.
undue... homophones are of the devil.
President Biden is not making any decisions. His fifty years in office would not result in him becoming a King rather than a president. The minions in charge should charged by Republican Prosecutors or lawyers with class action lawsuits to destroy these people one by one.
👍
You do understand what an Oligarchy is dont you?
Like I said, and you seem to have conveniently ignored it. I am pleased with this ruling.
Hmmm... no mention of the judge’s name. Why not?
"Congress, by statute, has commanded that such lease sales happen on a regular basis.
SCOTUS will have to wipe the Administration’s a@@ again. How long ‘til he decides to ignore the lower court’s ruling?
Bullets are our last line L
“Judicial activism is a terrible thing, even when it “benefits our side”.
It’s not Judicial Activism, which is when courts find things not in the law.
This is the Judge finding Biden is not obeying the law, which is plainly written.
Huge difference.
Huh? You must be having an argument in your head. This is the first time you mentioned an Oligarchy. And you act like it’s been discussed between us. LMAO.
Go ahead and discuss this with your multiple personalities and get back to me when you figure it out.
Some people cant read and comprehend.
Go take a long walk in your wacky weed field. You can continue to entertain yourself.
A legend in your own mind.
ok, this is what you posted and I replied to
“This is not good. Rely on the courts to do things like this is not good.
Am pleased, but..”
Then you went off on some Oligarchy tangent saying I ignored the part about where you spoke about an oligarchy. So tell me where did you speak of it in this post above?
Go ahead. I’m waiting. LMAO.
Read later.
Thank McConnell for stalling Trump judiciary picks on that one, because he actually cares about the NY Times and other Dem organs saying mean things about him.
