Lecturing the judge is never a good idea because while he might not always be right he will always be the judge. It is like arguing with the umpire. He knows you are angry and he knows if he made a bad call but right call or not he is never going to change his call. You might get a makeup call later but it won’t be now and the ump will let you blow steam as long as you don’t call him a “f*****g nitwit” to his face. Why didn't the Defense object to the Prosecution providing testimony regarding the functionality of hollow point ammunition vs full metal jacket? The Prosecutor is not an expert witness, and is assuming facts not in evidence.

I hope this judge gives the Prosecutor yet another slap down over this.
