To gain not just an acquittal but also a complete public vindication. That may also help set up a civil rights suit for damages on his behalf.
If he's working at rec pools, he's trusted around children and isn't some kind of goose-steppin' jackbooted skinhead. As one of the fake judges on "LA Law" said years ago, the practice of law isn't about right and wrong, it's about advocacy. I would add, it isn't about facts and fiction either, just seems that way sometimes.
This prosecutor is a bumbling fool.

The judge is pissed at the prosecuting attorney. I’m surprised he hasn’t thrown out the case.
The prosecutor was downplaying Kyles time at the pool. Why was the prosecutor spending so much time on how many hours he worked there.

The prosecutor is being a total dick. Of course you need an exact address when you have to take a different route. And why is the judge allowing the curfew stuff?
