MEGHAN MCCAIN: Trump thought women like to be grabbed by the p***y but Virginia showed that what they really want is a Republican Mr Rogers - and he just showed the GOP the way back to power
Dailymail ^ | 11/03/2021 | Meghan McCain

There are many reasons I am excited about last night's barn-burner election results in the Virginia governor's race. First and foremost it is a clean, direct repudiation of the insanity that has overtaken school boards in Virginia, especially the divisive, toxic and dangerous agenda that is Critical Race Theory.

And it is a devastating kill shot for a Democratic party that has gone so far off track from where normal, rational mainstream Americans currently are. There is truly no way for anyone to spin this any other way (although just a quick glance at Twitter will show that some of the most radical characters on the left are already trying).

Noem killed her future when she refused to protect girls sports from boys pretending to be girls.

his ability to make good appointments has been spotty at best, disastrous at worst

I lay his poor appointments at the feet of the Establishment Republicans he tried to co-exist with. That ship has sailed. IMO we actually need someone tougher than Trump, but perhaps a 2nd dose of him will be more ruthless. Our nation needs chemotherapy.

I heard her interview and understand why she did that.
She had to make her law ironclad. If the law had been overturned, it would have become case law and the state could not protect the girls if the law became state law.

Don’t let the media lie to you about what she did. You can’t make laws to fit specific situations and have it survive the Constitution.

but then they say “We all know what he really meant.”

Well, if they know he meant the obvious - That women are really shallow around celebrities - then why do they say otherwise? That’s the question.

Not so fast. Trump was asked a question about women in the entertainment industry and what some of them would do. It was crass, but he wasn’t a politician at that time, and he was answering what we all knew. His answer also verbalized in such a way to say that he didn’t do such things. That was why he said, very specifically, “if I wanted to.” Trump is a germaphobe and he don’t play that way.

Some girls will do anything for money. How many memes have you seen where the difference between the desirable man and undesirable was size of wallet.

Clinton and the Kennedy’s said and did far worse, but they were covered by the media.

Mr Fred Rogers was a Republican who voted for Goldwater and Reagan.

“He lost the white suburban woman’s vote in 2020 because they bought into the MSM’s defamation of his character,....”

How can you possibly know he lost the “white suburban women’s vote”? Did you get the info from the media the uber biased lying media? You actually believe that?

If you do then you also must believe their was no fraud in the election and despite Trump getting more votes for re election than any president in history, Joe Biden got 10 million MORE votes?

Where have you been?

Agree completely. However, this is in the past. He trusted the wrong people (establishment Republicans) for these choices. After the Big Steal and the Phony Russian Hoax, I seriously doubt he would make the same choices or trust the same people.

If he gets elected, he will become beholding to no one.

“He could not be further away from the proudly bloviating, self-aggrandizing, crass, immoral adulterer our former President Trump is.“

He gets called these names because he dared to fight back against a hostile press - but that’s not what I see.

I see a kind and generous man, soft-spoken even - but he fights when he needs to and he tells the truth. Apparently, the truth hurts - like holy water on a vampire.

What else can you expect from a female who’s in full denial that her father was a military screw up & traitor to his country.

Trump also didn’t have much to choose from.

I think now a lot more people will be willing to step up.

“....but his Trump) ability to make good appointments has been spotty at best, disastrous at worst. Different qualities are also needed in judges, governors, reps, Senators and cabinet officers.”

This is an unfair criticism because he was 100% dependent on his (swamp) advisers to recommend the Judges for him to consider. Sure he had his family to help but in this area they were as much the novice as was he.

I love opinions, we all have one, and I would classify this one as equal to Chelsea Clintons. The people showed the way back to power, MAGA! How come its always those with the most $$$$ expect their opinions are better than anyone else’s?

“It is reported that President Trump and Youngkin spoke on the phone throughout the campaign but that’s pretty much the extent of the relationship we know about.”

There you have it. As I keep asking, what issue did Youngkin campaign on that Trump had not already campaigned on?

The strategy both used was that Virginia was a blue state (in the large cities only) and had to be handled as such.
