Noem killed her future when she refused to protect girls sports from boys pretending to be girls.
I heard her interview and understand why she did that.
She had to make her law ironclad. If the law had been overturned, it would have become case law and the state could not protect the girls if the law became state law.
Don’t let the media lie to you about what she did. You can’t make laws to fit specific situations and have it survive the Constitution.
