Donald J. Trump has a reputation for being a little rude, sometimes crude, even observed to say some things that border on lewd, but one thing he is for sure - he is pretty darned shrewd.
And the shrewd counts for so much more than all the others on the grand scale of things.

In the same post I stated that Trump was needed for the reasons you stated and others. I also witnessed an effective Scott Walker when living in Wisconsin less than a decade ago. The phlegmatic, polite, but dogged approach can be just as effective.
There has to be a place in politicians who have a milder temperament but the right ideas. You cannot have Trump without getting the whole package, but his ability to make good appointments has been spotty at best, disastrous at worst. Different qualities are also needed in judges, governors, reps, Senators and cabinet officers.
