Wish Newsmax, oann etc would have segments informing people that there are forms that people can have their employers read and sign before firing the person, and encourage the people to show up,with their lawyer if they know they are about to be fired, so that the lawyer can explain to the employer that what they are doing is illegal (either religious discrimination action, or other reasons why it is illegal to force people to take something g that hasn’t even been approved yet).
The forms force the employer to acknowledge that they will be held liable if they force the person to get the vsccine, and the person suffers injury or illness or death due to the vaccine.
American Patriots.
IT is a commodity workforce at the level provisioning equipment, networks, security and backups. The end users of that equipment are not commodities. US Gov is about to learn that in a very painful way.
You are right. Truly essential people still hold all the cards, and employees know this. Any fromt his group who says no will be allowed to stay on.
But sadly there are very few truly essential people these days. 90% of the workforce are replaceable by unskilled workers from Mexico, or skilled workers from India & China.
Why would a free people allow themselves to be experimented on?
When you realize the importance of small businesses....it makes you wonder about some more stuff. More people work at small businesses than at large companies OR government jobs.
Almost 50% of jobs are at small businesses.
So this “small %” of people who are choosing to leave their jobs over the clot-shots can either start new businesses, go to work at small businesses, or retire.
BTW - this nebulous “small %” - why don’t they tell us the actual numbers. Does it add up to 2 million? Or ....?
In many business they can function with the replacements.
However, over time the quality of the product and service can begin to degrade.
At some point the executives stare at all the red ink on their accounting statements and wonder what happened.
Small businesses have less margin for error.
And thus begins Idiocracy.
The executives ordering the firings do not care.
They will crash and burn the companies in which they work before they will tolerate disobedient minions. And there won't be any apologies later.
Plan accordingly.
I’ve worked in corporate management, and I can tell you that any employee who thinks I’m going to sign a form like that -- even though I agree with him and would refuse to get a vaccine myself -- is going to be walking out the door with the crumpled form stuck up his @ss.
I would also point out that showing up at your place of employment with a lawyer is even more idiotic than the stupid forms. Even a half-assed lawyer will probably never do such a thing. If one of my employees showed up in the office with an attorney I'd tell the lawyer to get his ass out of the place because he doesn't work there and has no business being there. I'll also report the matter to the local police, and fire off a letter to the lawyer -- copied to the state board of attorney ethics -- informing him that he has no right to break the law in the course of representing his client.
Newsmax, OANN, etc. don't have segments like this because the idea is preposterous on its face to anyone with half a brain.
I don’t imagine the Democrats will take any action for an additional “safety net” the way that the “eviction moratorium” was put into place, or stimulus checks were sent out, or unemployment was extended. No. Not this time.
People who won’t take the jab will be made to suffer. No unemployment for you (”unpaid leave” not termination, although you could choose to quit ...). Lose your home. Live in an alley. The government won’t care and won’t help.

An old ship’s chief engineer once told me the test to see if you are irreplaceable. Stick your hand in a bucket of water. When you pull out your hand and the water stays in the form of your hand, you are irreplaceable.
