My son is ready. He’s mid 20s and has worked in healthcare settings for his company since day 1 without a single sick day. They said they will honor his religious exemption but if the clients don’t, then they will “have to” fire him. They even gave him a few raises and a promotion to entice him. But for him, his health is worth more than all of it.

He’s gonna miss his company truck tho.

He’s lining up other jobs, and taking his earned PTO.

Interesting.

If/when this comes to me, current plan is not to make my intent known. Just keep repeating I have until that date to decide. Thank you for your inquiry. Eventually they will get it. Let the lack of submission be my answer and make them let me go.

Yepp - our givernment continues to work to harm the citizens. The “cure” seems to be worse than the disease.

Locally some Fed employers cannot find workers. These are not GS jobs mostly filled by retired military. They are the Wage Grade and Non-Appropriated Fund positions. Those jobs are your infrastructure positions on most military bases. With the war over, there are fewer contractors needed. But, if the DOD keeps seeing a brain drain, they will need more contractors. Exactly what occurred in the late Eighties and early Nineties.

Interestingly, it is illegal for any Fed agency to hire border jumpers. In fact contractors are not allowed to use illegals on bases. One such contractor was caught (or reported) for using illegals. Military Police stopped his vans on base and checked every worker. The majority of his landscapers were escorted off base and he lost his contract.

Despite major budget cuts, the DOD still has to fill positions that keep bases running. If you have never been on a military base during a normal work day, it is a small town or city. Bases have an infrastructure to include the equivalent of mayors and city councils, a mixture of senior Military and GS types. Similar, but with a very structure hierarchy. Large bases generally have their own energy generation plants, police department and malls etc…. I use to take it for granted everyone knew this but over years of taking family members and friends on tours of a local base I learned how surprised they were that bases are self contained towns or cities. Not having enough workers is a major problem for them.

The pipelines I work with aren’t going to allow unskilled labor into those systems. Without security background verification and checks done by Homeland Security and FBI, the migrants are not going to be allowed access to oil and gas terminals, let alone be allowed to service critical infrastructure equipment at power plants, nuclear energy facilities or oil and gas facilities-

There will be no mandates from some moldering old Washington parasite that shits his pants here.

These workers represent only a tiny fraction of overall employees, not even 1% in some workplaces.

A lie. With the percentage of the population that is still unvaccinated you'd have a tough time finding a sizable business that is 99% vaccinated. The commies are just pretending the problem doesn't exist.

When the vaccine companies were getting ready to release them to the public last October, they asked who would make the vaccine mandatory. They knew it would not be Trump so they held them back until after the election. As repayment for the cooperation of the vaccine companies, Democrats are making the vaccines mandatory.

I once worked in a computer store. I was a big Apple guy. We had been Apple authorized for five years. When Apple was culling their dealer network, our authorization was pulled. My boss said no worries we don’t do that much business with Apple. Six months later he said that really hurt us because Apple was 20% of his business. That was 1992. By 1994 he was out of business. Employers really need to understand their business if they want to be successful.

That is a givernment bald-faced lie about “disincentivizing” the employer.

What OSHA does not want to happen is that the workers know of recordable / reportable injuries and death in their workplace due to vax. Because if employers record and report, workers will know and can file complaints with OSHA to stop the injuries that their employer is causing them. But it is OSHA that created the unsafe working condition and made the employer implement it! So OSHA would have to stop its mandate to protect the workers. What a dilemma - OSHA really doesn’t care about the workers’ safety but has to lie that it does. Lack of numbers allows it to avoid responsibility and a smart employer would not record anything to prevent from being sued by the families of the worker victims.

Any good employer will be “disincentivized” as soon as it observes its employees start dropping and/or becoming disabled due to the vax.

There is something sinister about what is going on.

That is why the witness is needed to,confirm that the person is being fired for religious discrimination purposes when the person objects based on religious beliefs. The employee has rights protected by law. You can crumple the form if you like, but that doesn’t nullify the rights of the employee. If the person is fired after the employer refuses to sign, the case is further strengthened ofr the employee for religious or other forms of discrimination. The employee is Givin notice that it will,be taken to court because they were fired and discriminated against. By law you can not be forced to take unapproved vaccines, and no, there has been no official, approval yet. You can crumple the form, kick the lawyer out, or dismiss any form she lawyer sends, but when you fire someone for not taking an unapproved vaccine, you are breakingmthe law. Even whe the vaccines are approved “officially “ employers can still be held accountable for any harbor illness or death under laws that were passed not to long ago concerning approved vaccinations (gov employees and vaccine makers apparently, can not be sued once it has been approved buT private and public sector companies can be). If you wanna fire someone for refusing, while not acknowledging that your company will be held liable in the event of Harm Or injury or death,, then layers will be invovled, because the law state that employers can be held accountable

Despite 25 years of experience, countless classes and exams, 4 different state exam and review board licenses and continuing education class requirements. yep, you can be replaced by a guy they hired off the street with zero experience, as long as there’s one guy with a valid license willing to sign his name to the nubs paperwork... Ive read about power plants melting down because no one knew what they were actually doing or had the training required to recognize when the sht was about to hit the fan.

This is the single biggest disease against our Constitution, the willful disregard for enforcing the law when it becomes inconvenient to the government that passed them.

It began in earnest (excluding Roe v. Wade) with Arizona's SB1070 immigration law. The Obama administration sued to block the law, and an Obama judge ruled that the law violated the administrations "power to not enforce a law" despite the Article VI requirement that the President swear an oath to "support this Constitution" and Article II oath to "faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States."

Willfully ordering the ignoring of a law is an unconstitutional act.
