That is a givernment bald-faced lie about “disincentivizing” the employer.
What OSHA does not want to happen is that the workers know of recordable / reportable injuries and death in their workplace due to vax. Because if employers record and report, workers will know and can file complaints with OSHA to stop the injuries that their employer is causing them. But it is OSHA that created the unsafe working condition and made the employer implement it! So OSHA would have to stop its mandate to protect the workers. What a dilemma - OSHA really doesn’t care about the workers’ safety but has to lie that it does. Lack of numbers allows it to avoid responsibility and a smart employer would not record anything to prevent from being sued by the families of the worker victims.
Any good employer will be “disincentivized” as soon as it observes its employees start dropping and/or becoming disabled due to the vax.
There is something sinister about what is going on.
It began in earnest (excluding Roe v. Wade) with Arizona's SB1070 immigration law. The Obama administration sued to block the law, and an Obama judge ruled that the law violated the administrations "power to not enforce a law" despite the Article VI requirement that the President swear an oath to "support this Constitution" and Article II oath to "faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States."
Willfully ordering the ignoring of a law is an unconstitutional act.
