I base that on the 47% they tried to foist on a REALLY "woke" public for the last 6 months when I was saying the 47 was really about 33.
The 12% do not know or care who is POTUS. They do not vote.
They can not name their congress representative, Senators or the governor of the state they live in.
There are YouTube videos from when Jay Leno would go out on Hollywood Blvd and ask the same people to point to the state of TX on a map of the US. Then ask them to point out a country in the world on the map and could not get close. Like pointing to Australia when asked where Great Briton was.
Yet, they could name most of the characters in the latest Avengers movie.
