In middle Georgia, Walmart is the lowest place to get gas.
Today it’s 3.19.
The 10 day Perry National Fair just wrapped up. At the beginning, one damn turkey leg cost $17. Then 18. On the last day, it cost $20.... FOR ONE DAMN TURKEY LEG. In the past, they went for 8 or $9.
And, no, I did not make this up or exaggerate.
Yesterday in central New Jersey my wife wanted to drive through the local BMW dealership (she is hoping to get one someday). When we pulled in the lot it was 3/4 empty. They simply do not have many cars to sell anymore. They are laying salespeople off do to inability to get new inventory. I have never seen this lot greater than maybe 5% empty.
Gas at cheapest Ameritrade station in Spokane was $3.44 yesterday, 15 cents less than Fred Meyer, but FM gives fuel points for purchases that might make theirs less. We fill our tanks when they’re 3/4 full already.
