Nearly 1,900 Washington state employees have either quit their jobs or been fired for failing to comply with Gov. Jay Inslee’s (D) coronavirus vaccine mandate.

In a statement, the state’s Office of Financial Management said that over 63,000 employees, are in compliance with the mandate as of Tuesday afternoon, which is 92 percent of employees.

Of this, 89.4 percent of employees have verified that they are vaccinated, and 3 percent have an accommodation.

This isn't about health or safety, it's about Washington State cutting people off the payroll because the state can't afford them.

The Securities Exchange Commission and the Department of Labor are complicit in this crime that was perpetrated to falsely protect Washington State's bond ratings.

as unfair and irrational as terminating people is for their vaccination decisions,
this is reducing the size and cost of government

(at least temporarily, as those forced out of jobs will eventually get back on the payroll — it is a violation of civil rights to terminate people based on medical status or condition)

And Gov Inslee shouted,

“China said it’s OK.”

Duress is specifically covered under the Nuremberg Code.

There will be trials.

The Naxis thought they got away with it—but eventually there was justice for many of them.

There was no safe harbor—and Naxi law did not save them.

Anyone else notice that public employees can never be fired by patriots and only by leftists? our government is out of control.

They were overpaid heros who could never be fired and now they are gone.

This isn't about health or safety, it's about Washington State cutting people off the payroll because the state can't afford them.

That has absolutely nothing to do with the mandate.

It's all about a not very smart man who became governor and is enjoying his newly found emergency powers.

You give Inslee way too much credit.

If the shots are dorking up people’s immune systems as some people and evidence suggests, then this winter should be “interesting”.

I feel sorry for the firefighters and EMTs. The DMV and similar bureaucrats can all starve for all I care.

No benefit to quitting that’s for sure. Years ago my boss wanted me gone. He wanted to replace me with a friend of his so he made miserable every day. I have a family to support so I stuck it out. Finally, I was fired. Any benefits you may have earned are out the window when you quit.

I wonder who were in the 3% that were allowed “accommodation”? Why not all others, I’m sure they applied for some type of exemption…
