The passengers who did nothing while a homeless man raped a woman on a commuter train outside Philadelphia may have also recorded the vile attack on their cellphones instead of calling for help, authorities said.
Surveillance footage showed Fiston Ngoy, 35, who has been charged with rape in Wednesday’s sickening attack aboard a Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority train, spent nearly 45 minutes harassing the woman and touched her breast at one point, according to an arrest affidavit obtained by the Philadelphia Inquirer.
Police said the rape lasted about six minutes as other passengers looked on while holding their cellphones, but didn’t use the devices to call 911, SEPTA’s police chief said Monday.

It has been shown that if you try and take action against any protected class, your life can and will be destroyed. The left has gotten what they want: complete hands off by Americans while black America rapes the country.
Was the victim White or Black or other?
The issue could be that there were no civilized people on that train car. If there were, they may have been outnumbered by the ferals who were recording the rape for their private enjoyment.
Somebody should have intervened. But times have unfortunately changed. Use too little force, and you’re just another victim. Remember, many unstable people carry knives or razor blades.
On the other hand, if the DA thinks you used too much force, you’ll be thrown into a cell next to the actual perp.
I’m guessing they weren’t going to tattle on their own.
Some were most likely waiting their turn and if it had happened in Portland they most likely would have gotten it cops or no cops

Federal and Local law enforcement have an excellent track record of ensuring Good Samaritans always pay for their Good Samaritaness, so Good Samaritans stopped good Samaritaning.
This is a law enforcement and prosecutorial issue.

There is this great Burger King anti bullying story out there that demonstrates this perfectly. Customers sit by while a 15 yr old actor gets bullied. The store serves smashed burgers to the patrons. The patrons go to the counter pissed off about their burgers, ignore the bullied kid.
Pictures of the other passengers would help explain the story. A real journalist would report the story from the same train, the same time of day, to show the atmosphere of the crime scene. But then, that would probably be extremely dangerous, and expose what life in a democrat city stronghold is like.

You are what you tolerate.
If you tolerate rape, you are a rapist.
The laws should state that in a circumstance like that you are totally justified in pulling out a gun and shooting perpetrator, or whatever it takes to stop the attack.
Face it. The pro criminal Soros DA did not get elected in a cultural or political vacuum. Decent and rational people do not live in urban Democratic controlled America.
The crazies don’t get to use and abuse the rest of us just because they’re crazy.
Being called a racist would be the least of their worries. There is the possible arrest for assault, possible loss of job/income, possible lawsuits, etc.
