Scott Smith was arrested on June 22 at a school board meeting that was deemed an “unlawful assembly” after attendees voiced opposition to a proposed policy expanding special protections to transgender students. Smith was dragged from the event in handcuffs, his pants falling down, his lip bleeding. He was charged later with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.
What few knew until now is that Smith attended the June 22 hearing to confront school board members over his daughter’s alleged rape in a school bathroom by a "gender-fluid" boy.
Smith learned later that his daughter’s alleged assailant reportedly assaulted a second girl, even though Smith was assured the relevant authorities were handling the first matter.
Smith was arrested at the hearing during a heated exchange with a pro-transgender policy activist. Smith claims the woman accused him of fabricating the story of his daughter's rape, going so far as to question the girl's mental health. This obviously enraged Smith, who then called the woman a "bitch." This is when law enforcement officials intervened. A police officer grabbed Smith's arm, prompting the father to yank it back. A scuffle ensued. Smith was then forcibly removed from the assembly and barred from the school board building.

The School Boards seem to be inciting “Postal” incidents.
It should, but don’t hold your breath...
Domestic terrorism.
So some trans/queer activist started this by questioning his daughter’s claim of being raped by a male in drag? What happened to “always believe the woman”?
Sounds that way. He should sue her for defamation.
That’s a good call, but School Boards are not going to be designated [however guilty] as Domestic Terrorists by the illegitimate, current Junta.
Public school teachers and boards are your enemies.
The tide didn’t start to turn until the “gender fluid” sodomist did it to another girl. Everyone should read the entire story, it is outrageous. The trans rights people are no doubt hoping it stays buried.
The father erred when he trusted the “system”, twice. Now he’s ruined, there has been no justice, and the least bad of the options is no longer practicable.
Still amazes me that a southern state like Virginia has become a bastion and safe haven for queers and pedophiles so much so that they actually control a school board and police department.
At this point almost everybody is your enemy.
To the extent the NSBA sanctions perversity it ought to be disbanded and the perpetrators prosecuted. We need a real DOJ, folks. Just put them out of business. No need for ropes and pikes.
Violence is always the answer for leftists and statists.
Where the safety of children is concerned, pacifism is not a virtue.
Sounds from the story that the police and parole officer have sympathy for the guy. From the story:
“Smith said he “called his probation officer and he told me ‘yep, I put him in juvie yesterday.’”
The Smith family also said they contacted the Special Victims Unit detective, who reportedly told them, “I can’t tell you what happened, but it happened and it’s bad.’”
The family said prosecutors have informed them the court date for their daughter’s alleged rapist has been moved back to Oct. 25 to accommodate the two separate charges.”
Yep. Violence in the name of safety.
Loundes county is a suburb of dc. Lots of gubmint dependent employees.
It’s Northern Virginia, not the whole state. NoVa has become South North Jersey.
They will after criminal conviction because that will be the slam dunk evidence in the civil suit. School officials will not be able to deny it happened.
And it is going national. It was just dropped yesterday and it’s getting picked up. I expect to see the father and/or his lawyer on Tucker Carlson after the court hearing, since once there is a conviction their can be no denying it happened.
They would have found the kid with his junk down his throat then every one of the POS in positions of authority would be taken out until I got them all or they got me. Sometimes justice is ugly.
