I have asked everyone I know, and not one person has had a medical professional recommend a titer before getting a vaxx. And some were even told they didn’t need one. Even people who suspected they had it, who had been in direct contact with someone who had, or had gotten a positive antibody test previously.

I have told all those I know if they have had the disease (proven) I do not recommend the vaccine. Titers could certainly be done although i’m not sure if anyone has looked at how good the immunity is in asymptomatic cases
