It appears that Kamala Harris has answered his desperate call for help and is on her way to California to try to save him, according the the NYPost:
Vice President Kamala Harris will hit the campaign trail next week alongside embattled California Gov. Gavin Newsom — only days before the Sept. 14 deadline of the all-mail recall election that could boot the Democrat from power in Sacramento.
The veep’s visit to the San Francisco Bay area, confirmed Saturday by Harris spokesperson Symone Sanders, is a do-over for a rally that Harris was forced to cancel in the wake of last week’s horrific terror attack on US troops at Kabul’s airport.

I can’t turn on a TV without seeing an anti-recall ad paid for by Netflix honcho Reed Hastings. They’ve blanketed the airwaves. I haven’t seen a single pro-recall TV ad. The money in this race is all on Newsom’s side—and I don’t mean all in the sense of “most.” All as in 100%. The pro-recall signs I’ve seen look either homemade or something the a local county GOP cooked up. I really hope we dump the despicable dyslexic douchebag BUT it’s truly a David vs. Goliath contest if there ever was one.

They are not focusing on the lockdowns, just more traditional republican issues - schools, illegal immigration, crime, etc.
All well and good but that’s not why you need a recall. Its the massive f’up with the covid crap that has even the working class whites PO’d at him. Business destroyed, lifestyles frozen, endless BS...he’s Governor Lockdown.

And Harris, what is should going to do or say that might help? She had zero support in California, doubt anyone wants to hear from her. Bet all she can offer is fearmongering over the potential replacement.
Maybe all three should resign.
