... For months, military officials had urged the U.S. State Department to convince other countries to take Afghans at risk from Taliban retaliation. The chaotic end to America's longest war has sparked the biggest crisis of President Joe Biden's seven months in the White House, finger-pointing within the administration and questions about who, if anyone, would be held responsible.
Current and former officials and lawmakers said there is little appetite for Biden to fire or demote top advisers over the handling of the U.S. withdrawal.
Frustrated and angry, officials at the Pentagon have privately blamed the lack of urgency leading up to the airlift on the State and Homeland Security departments, who in turn have blamed the White House for slow decision-making.
"Finger-pointing is an ugly Washington sport ... in this case, fingers could be pointed in all directions and probably be right in each case," said Dan Fried, a former senior U.S. diplomat now at the Atlantic Council think tank.
"A failure like this is collective. Everybody screwed up," Fried added.
One Biden administration official, speaking on condition of anonymity, said any dismissal would be seen as a tacit admission that the president had erred in removing troops unconditionally from the South Asian nation.

1) Obama apologized for Americas colonial role in its history where black brown and yellow people were exploited , a twisted apology for American Greatness and its role in rebuilding post WWII, including the supply of China with food and helping them evolve from a third world country. Obama was wrong and so are the others who support him, among them Biden.
2) Biden , Susan Rice, Valerie Jarrett and Barrack Obama still combimne to apply this policy today via the Biden White House, just as it was used throughout Arab Spring, and it was used also to destroy Libya unecessarily, which was truly a neo colonial war based on leftist principles.The first in our history.
3) America you see, according to Biden and his ilk, is a White Supremacist country. The war in Afghanistan was ended with the application of CRT. Biden pressed the flesh of the Taliban leadership, promised the Afghani native tribes “big heap weapons” and pallets of cash ( yes pallets of cash were left for the Taliban just as they were grifted to Iran..starting to get it yet?)Not to mention 62 BILLION USD worth of military ordnance, including a fleet of tanks and Blackhawk helicopters ( more than Australia has), all now erased from federal information websites.......it never happened you see? Buahahahahaha!
4) NATO allies are all White Supremacist countries, and they were consequently NOT NOTIFIED of the pull out before it happened.That was in punishment of their history of “exploiting black brown and yellow people.” Biden went against the advice of the military in doing this snub of the White Supremacists of Europe. The purpose was to destroy NATO effectiveness and unity so as to usher in a new era of non colonial world economy and strategy.It will fail and cause wars.
5) Biden knew exactly that the Taliban were taking over Afghanistan with the support and funding of both China and Pakistan. Many senior leaders in the Afghan military were bribed not to fight, and guaranteed free exits from the country into Pakistan.Joe knew all this for months yet did nothing.He wanted the Taliban to take over so he could recognize the poor Muslim brown people and put them in control of their own country, because a White Supremacist natin like the USA had no business there in the moderen WOKE world of Biden and his cronies, freedom of women and an open free Muslim society BE DAMNED! This thinking also supports why Joe would not even arrange for the translator who saved his Senatorial ass back in ‘02 to escape the wrath of the now pure Taliban. At every turn Biden knuckled under to the Taliban, would not secure Kabul, let the Taliban do it, unleashed ISIS on the world again, and holds out recognition of the Taliban as the legitimate government of Afghanistan while his gross , corrupt son sells his art in China, and historically has gleaned milions for Joe and his family from Russia, Ulraine and China. Now you see Joe’s support of the Russia pipeline, the US retreat from the ME allowing the Red Chinese to expand. There is a direct connection here between graft and US policy under Biden..he is payng his debts and those promised by Obama, likely to keep assassins from Russia and China at bay after Trump was elected and Hillery failed to usher in Brave New World.
And now we supposedly are in a Brave New World? All because of stupidity?
