A man suing the US over mask mandates said he'd seek oral arguments in front of a federal judge.
Lucas Wall filed a 1,500-page response after Biden's administration sought to dismiss the lawsuit.
Wall filed 218 exhibits, including medical studies, news clippings, and blog posts.
Lucas Wall, a frequent flyer who's suing the Biden administration over federal mask mandates, has pushed back on an effort to get his lawsuit dismissed.
On Wednesday, he filed a behemoth legal response, which renewed his argument that mandates were unconstitutional.
"It will take court action to ensure Americans will no longer have to give up their right to breathe freely as a condition of utilizing any mode of public transportation," Wall told Insider.

Civil disobedience works but only if it's in large numbers or it has the support of the media to make it a cause celeb like that guy in Tiananmen Square. Otherwise they just disappear you to a prison somewhere.

Hey it is possible some mosquitos could land on the fence then decide to fly off the other way. For just a few hundred thousand in government grants I can manufacture a study convoluted enough to rate such fences as effective against mosquitos. Just give me the percentage of effectiveness you want me to conclude beforehand and I will get right on it, and do my duty to fight back on misinformation (that is information that undermines the current doctrines of the Left).

The Flight attendants will call the Police on you. I was on a flight from DC to Chicago 2 weeks ago - the nasty Flight attendant threatened the guy in front of me if refused to wear his mask. He finally put it on.
Nancy Pelosi with no mask on this weekend with her “elite” friends here in California where you are suppose to wear one and have a vaccine passport. Also no “social distancing”. Just another example of the scamdemic. I bet none were vaccinated either.
