Former Mayor Rudy Giuliani says Gov. Andrew Cuomo will “resurrect himself in some way” because he’s “smarter and more talented” than other disgraced pols. “Andrew will resurrect himself in some way. He’s a very, very tough guy, determined guy. He’s a fighter. “He’ll find some way to resurrect himself.” Giuliani also bashed Attorney General Letitia James’ independent probe of Cuomo’s alleged rampant sexual harassment, claiming James wanted him out of Albany so she could run for governor, in a Wednesday interview with WABC radio. “What she did was so unethical. She should be disbarred for doing that,” President Trump’s former lawyer said on “The Other Side of Midnight” with Frank Morano.

Zombie?
Why is Rudy pandering to this scumbag?
Probably right. Andy does not care one little bit about people think of him. His opinion of himself is the only one that matters. He won’t go away. He’ll always be behind Curtain No. 1.
interesting take on James
I think Thanos would say, “Cuomo is inevitable”.
Easy to forget that as Mayor, Giuliani was very pro abortion, pro homosexual and was against school vouchers and parental choice. Good on crime but a very flawed man and by no means a true conservative. Also has a weird track record with women. He and Cuomo are much alike.
Kinda disappointing. So Rudy thinks all the nursing home deaths are just a day’s work, or what? “Sometimes you have to make those tough decisions.” (To consign thousands of seniors and disabled people to avoidable death.)
Cuuuuuomo will get a high paying job in media. Millions of fools and idiots think he’s “sexy.” Of course, brains are not needed to work in media. Look at his brother and geraldo.
He looks to me like he’s been operating in a very uncritical environment full of yes-persons who are all about personality cults. He may be a smart person, he may be a tough person, but the real thumb on the scale is going to be the relationships and the access. Anybody bringing him on is going to have the same blind spots he does, and there are plenty of them in the Democratic party, we wouldn’t have Harris as a veep were that not the case. Yeah, he’ll be back, but like other disgraced pols, he will no doubt be on corporate boards and making more money than ever with less aggravation.
New York is full of garbage. Who knew.
Excellent question. Cuomo is neither talented nor smarter and Rudy knows it. If he were he wouldn't be in the position he's in now. One thing is certain, though. New Yorkers are definitely dumb enough to vote for this clown again.
Rudy is correct . Dems only care about winning and no so much about rape (Ex; resident joe Biden)
That's the tradition in New York - AG's using their office for totally political, made-for-tv prosecutions to propel themselves to higher office. Spitzer did it, Cuomo did it, and now James is doing it.
Ya think?
He announced his resignation for 2 weeks.
That gives him 2 weeks to destroy anything incriminating that might be used against him.
I don’t think Rudy is pandering. His point is Cuomo could well come back from this. The (D) behind Cuomo’s name would be all that is needed to resurrect his political career in the state of New York. This is just realism.
Rudy is right.
*NEVER* underestimate your enemy. Cuomo is a serpent, but a smart one who still knows where the bodies are buried.
Or the entity bringing him on has buried bodies, and Cuomo knows where and who.
Cuomo will never be held accountable for the nursing home deaths. This will be flushed down the memory hole. When Cuomo's name is mentioned, people will only think of "sexual harassment scandal" which is something they'll eventually forgive.
This was all by design.
Guiliani has enough trouble of his own without involving himself in Cuomo’s problems.
