Racism refers to beliefs, not facts. The left, of course, believes that facts are necessarily racist and somehow the disparity in death rates is due to White machinations.

Gang warfare was happening during my last 2 years of high school, and during high school hours, in Connecticut, 1968 - 1970, including chains, bats, knives, and zip guns. So, it is nothing new. And yes, those gangs did include: blacks Cubans, Puerto Ricans.

Often all a TV news station has to do is post the location of a neighborhood. Or a name of the victim or perp.
Then that’s all anyone has to know about how or why the crime occurred.
