President Joe Biden celebrated the Supreme Court ruling in favor of Obamacare on Thursday, promising to expand the law in the future.

“Today’s U.S. Supreme Court decision is a major victory for all Americans benefitting from this groundbreaking and life-changing law,” Biden wrote in a statement.

As I understand it, the SCOTUS ‘decision’ was to not take the case based on lack of standing on the part of those bringing suit. They did not make a decision on whether or not ‘obamacare’ is Constitutional.

The Breitbart article suggests that Biden’s expansion means the enrollment period has increased. I wish insurance companies should have sued. The complaint should be that the federal government can’t guarantee that insurance companies will make a profit by (a) keeping the premiums down and (b) no longer forcing young healthy adults to buy health insurance.
