Huge win for TX! Two types of trolls will be deeply saddened by this:

Category 1 Trolls are those who like to blame the GOP for everything and claim "there is no difference between the GOP and Democrats." These trolls pushed the fiction that Abbott would never sign this. They were wrong. They need to eat their crow.

Category 2 Trolls are those Soros sucking fiends who think that there should be government restrictions on the 2nd Amendment. There are a few lurking about. They are deeply saddened as well.

Correct me if I am wrong, but this is an open carry law, not a constitutional carry law. Maybe it is nomenclature, but in PA we are and have been allowed to open carry weapons. PA has never been on the list of constitutional carry states that I have seen. To me constitutional carry is you can carry your weapon any damn way you want and the government won't do anything about it. By the way, open carry exists in PA due to a lack of a law.

What is needed is all gun control laws to be removed from the books and to in line with the constitution.
