OSHA Suspends Requirement That Employers Report Vaccine-related Injuries
The Epoch Times ^ | May 31, 2021 | MATTHEW VADUM

In order to encourage American workers to get vaccinated, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) has suspended the legal requirement for employers to report work-related injuries resulting from vaccinations aimed at combating the CCP virus that causes the disease COVID-19.

This suspension of the law by OSHA does not change the fact that employers may be held liable under workers’ compensation laws or under civil personal injury laws, according to the nonprofit group Liberty Counsel.

Earlier in May, the website of OSHA, an agency within the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL), stated that employers could be held liable if they required employees to receive COVID-19-related injections as a condition of employment and the employees then experience adverse reactions.

A “Frequently Asked Questions” (FAQ) section of OSHA’s website stated, “If you require your employees to be vaccinated as a condition of employment (i.e., for work-related reasons), then any adverse reaction to the COVID-19 vaccine is work-related. The adverse reaction is recordable if it is a new case under 29 CFR 1904.6 and meets one or more of the general recording criteria in 29 CFR 1904.7,” according to Liberty Counsel.

But visitors to the same website’s FAQ section now see a different message, which reads:

They want everybody to get the vaccine before people who already got it start dropping like flies.

None of the vaccines reached the clinical study stage because all the animals in the initial study stage died.

Isn’t that just nutty beyond words? What possible reason could there be for such a thing?

Setting the stage for employers to threaten loss of job if they refuse to be injected?

Otherwise known as giving lip service to holding employers liable while pretending it wasn't the employer making the threat.

In the 1970s, 80s, and 90s, the United Way used to get corporations to pressure employees to "donate". I know personally of a few instances where employees had their job threatened if they didn't "contribute". United Wat could claim plausible deniability that they were using corporations to extort money from employees. I think it died because it was becoming common knowledge this was going on, along with some high profile abuse of salaries by United Way staff.

Except this business regarding Covid "vaccines" is a bit more of a serious matter (as in potentially life or death if the data coming out regarding VAERs reporting is to be believed). For a disease that has a survivalrate in the high 90s?

If this is allowed, what else could a company force you to do with the threat of job loss? Shoot a co-worker? Beat a Jew? Get injected with whatever new drug big pharmacy whips up?

We may see the day where "workplace violence" becomes the norm, as people suffer adverse consequences for simply refusing to get themselves with a substance they have legitimate concerns about.

Injuries? An injury from the jab is a bandaid over the needle mark. Anything above and beyond that is NOT an injury.

Meanwhile at the amusement park the manager says ...

“We’ve removed all the safety devices let’s see what this roller coaster can really do!”

Any takers?

Too late, they had a laughable advert on reddit saying exactly that.
I didn’t screenshot it because I didn’t think of it at the time.

Kidney failure is not an injury? Blood clots are not injuries? Where do you get your news?

Echoes my prior statements that employers are liable sans an act of Congress.

Makes one wonder why Samuel Cassidy was upset enough to go on a shooting rampage, especially since the union denied that he was to face disciplinary action.

Doesn’t it??? Maybe a mandatory shot was the last straw in a workplace he openly despised.

Or maybe he really was just a racist white supremacist as they were painting him over the weekend.

Or...perhaps this is all simply designed to provoke a reaction from those on the right, and Samuel Cassidy took it hook, line & sinker...

They initially were saying it had to be OSHA reportable on the idea that worker’s comp would cover rare vaccine injuries. Then the fear of injuries and lawsuits turned out to be so great that employers stopped mandating it ... lowering the vaccination rate. And the Biden administration want to force you to take it.

“In the 1970s, 80s, and 90s, the United Way used to get corporations to pressure employees to “donate”.

I was one of those employees who was pressured to “donate” to United Way! I worked for a large bank in the Seattle area and Bill Gates’ mother, Mary Gates, was the head of United Way of King County. She included Planned Parenthood in the list of organizations that received funds and I flat out refused to contribute one dime. I was “visited” by a bunch of the bank bigwigs and I would not bend. They finally gave up but then I saw a letter from Mary Gates thanking Phyllis Campbell, the CEO of US Bank of Washington, for “100% participation” in their campaign. I checked my paystubs and no deduction was ever taken so I can only assume that someone in management donated in my name or else they fudged the numbers to make it appear that everyone signed up.

I also worked for a large bank that wanted everyone to contribute to the United Way, and I know for a fact that the head of our department contributed money from his own pocket on behalf of an employee who absolutely refused to contribute even a dollar.
