I highly doubt OSHA has authority to suspend a law. The most they could do is decide not to enforce it themselves. But that doesn’t change the fact that if someone fails to report, they are still breaking the law.

Insurance companies are going to have a field day before this vax fiasco is over.

They didn't eliminate the requirement, they suspended it. Also, if every person who gets an adverse reaction from the vax reported it, or better yet demand that the person who administered the vax report it for them, that would poke the hive.

They have until September oct. The cdc is no longer recording breakthrough cases unless the fully vaccinated person is hospitalized. A huge loss of efficacy data. So “safe and effective”, under the PREP act the vaccine makers (as well as distributors, states, localities, licensed healthcare professionals, and others) were given liability protection starting in March 2020. So it’s been a year, and all of these entities are touting its safety - why do they still need this protection?

You probably saw the news that the Red Cross cannot use blood from vaccinated individuals for convalescent plasma treatment for covid because it strips the natural antibodies.

Imagine what the liberals in charge could do with a “perpetual pandemic”. More lockdowns, more small businesses destroyed, and depopulation through sterilization. It’s a communist dream world.
