I'd say it differently, Trump is taking charge of the GOP. rightfully so.
Just saw where Morning Joe and the CNN Morning Show are going South big time in the ratings.
No Joe, Liz is just unwanted.
I really wish they would explain the mechanics of this.
How does Trump take the GOP “hostage”?
Are they claiming that Trump the politician is popular and has followers and is influential? Is that bad? Are only Progressive Democrat politicians supposed to do that?
Trump has nothing to do with it. He is just the voice of the people.
Morning Joe started hitting the bottle a little too early this morning I see.
The way you get someone out of a job is to make them useless. You appoint someone else to hold the meetings and make the decisions. The people who still want to play will take direction from the new person while the old person may have the title but no longer has the function. Liz calls a meeting and nobody shows. Person B calls a meeting and has most of the main players there. The takeover is complete. Generally, when I’ve seen this play out in companies the first person retires for health reasons.
Hahahahaha
It’s all in how you spin it.
I’ve tried to find something positive Liz has accomplished.
I failed.
“George Washington has taken the colonies hostage, Benedict Arnold to the rescue.” < /sarcasm >
Yeah, I always get my political information from Mika.
Like, ..NEVER !
Nope. Trump has taken bush league war mongers out of commission. The name of their little powerful political party should be war mongers. Cheney is failed Party leader. She’s out. She can go fist bump Biden out in public now she’s one of them.
Joe Scarborough has not a clue nor do his audience.
“The House Republican Conference is the party caucus for Republicans in the United States House of Representatives. It hosts meetings and is the primary forum for communicating the party’s message to members. The Conference produces a daily publication of political analysis under the title Legislative Digest.
“The conference has a chair who directs day-to-day operations and who is assisted by an elected vice chair and a secretary. The current chair is Liz Cheney of Wyoming, who assumed the position in 2019.[5] Former chairs include Gerald Ford, John Boehner, Mike Pence, John B. Anderson, Dick Cheney, Jack Kemp, J. C. Watts, Deborah D. Pryce, Adam Putnam, Jeb Hensarling, and Cathy McMorris Rodgers.”

"The stupid - it burns."
I thought he was supposed to have a serious news show, not a comedy show... 😀
Better get on that, boys, :)
Joe is upset,,,,Mika had a headache again last night.
Yesterday they tried saying we want Liz gone because she’s a woman. They’ll try anything to keep the democraps-in-republican-seats alive.
Oh! I commented on The Hill’s article about this and they didn’t like it! I got censured! :D
I wrote:
Oh baloney. This is not “gender politics” , no matter what leftists who have no better ammunition than falsehoods and slander fling at the walls. Liz - or “Lynne”, as Stretch Pelousi likes to call her, is one of the GOPe who may as well be a democrat. We despise her (and the GOPe, and Ryan and Romney and McCain and Mitch and any number of true RINOs) because of her politics not because of her vagina. Do we despise Paul Ryan because of his penis? No.
Now go away you little turds.

All these hand-wringers worrying about the GOP. Why do they care? Don’t they want the GOP destroyed?
