Five months after the presidential election, the Supreme Court said on Monday that it won't take up a case from several Republicans challenging changes to election rules in the battleground state of Pennsylvania.
The unsigned ruling sends yet another message that the court's majority has no interest in relitigating the last election. Before Monday, the justices had already declined several requests to dive into one of the most litigious elections in history, denying petitions from then-President Donald Trump and other Republicans seeking to overturn election result in multiple states President Joe Biden won.

Roberts is bought and paid for.....................
Ping.
Why would the virtuous whores take a case? Then they would have to see the evidence and make a ruling.
What are the steps in removing a compromised Supreme Court Justice?
Who needs to pack the court?
...to the ruling class.
One kick in the teeth already this fine Monday.
It is troubling that the Supreme Court won’t even hear these cases.
When the liberal talking point is spewed by the talking heads on TV, that there was no fraud in the election, what is left unsaid is that there have not been any real investigations into voter fraud. Cases have been summarily dismissed, as this one was, without the courts even considering the evidence.
And to the liberals, not looking into something is the same as saying that any concerns of fraud are false.
The only silver lining possible is that they turnaround and refus to hear demonratic challenges to redistricting challenges.
I think impeachment is the only way a Supreme Court justice can be removed.
Our beloved US Supine Court doesn’t rule again...
I think the threat of court packing is doing it’s intended job.
Of course the result is putting the SCOTUS seal of approval on election fraud.
...”the court’s majority has no interest in relitigating the last election.”
Don’t you have to Litigate before you Relitigate ?
No remedy is possible

BTW, how many invites has "Mr Popularity" received from our allies? They must be dying to meet such a popular person as Joe Biden, who is obviously adored by Americans.
REALITY CHECK The number of State visits (per country) President Trump was invited to:
One: Afghanistan, Argentina, Canada, China, Finland, India, Iraq, Israel, North Korea, Philippines, Poland, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Vatican City and the disputed West Bank
Two: Belgium, Germany, Ireland, Italy, South Korea, Switzerland and Vietnam
Three: Japan and the United Kingdom
Four: France
The number of state visits to which Biden has been invited:
ZERO
This article as more information:
“The justices had in February, after President Joe Biden’s inauguration, rejected a handful of cases related to the 2020 election. In the case the court rejected Monday, however, the court had called for additional briefing that was not complete until the end of March.
“The case involved a federal court challenge to a Pennsylvania Supreme Court decision requiring election officials to receive and count mailed-in ballots that arrived up to three days after the election. More broadly, however, the case concerned whether state lawmakers or state courts get the last word about the manner in which federal elections are carried out.”
Little more could make me dance the jig of joy then to have SCOTUS step in and stop on these states that have violated their own laws and constitutions.
The rest of me steps back and believes this is a states issue the states need to solve, even though it does affect the outcome of a federal election affecting the entire country. Hate it but it’s true.
The states need to solve this responsibility the US Constitution issued to them, giving each state the voting process on to their shoulders.
Who was the majority deciding this , and what was the challenge ?
We know Robert’s the weasel sides with Dems so who of the new appointees joined the cabal to get to 5-4 and on what basis.
