During the Trump years the sanctions imposed on foreign nationals like the top Chicom in Hong Kong amazed me. Carrie Lam had to keep cash like 50,000 bucks in her apartment because the US froze her bank accounts.

She is a very pleasant person and a great neighbor
Her maple leaf liberal values & kindness comes through
She brings us maple syrup from trips home.
So happy to have her even if she was the only one in the neighborhood with harris/biden & BLM signs in her yard.
