One-third of coronavirus survivors diagnosed with brain condition

About one-third of COVID-19 survivors have a neurological or psychiatric condition six months later, a large-sample study conducted by British researchers has found. Researchers examined health records of more than 236,000 patients. They found that about 34% of COVID-19 survivors were diagnosed with a neurological or psychiatric condition and were more likely to develop brain conditions than those suffering from other respiratory tract infections, according to the study published Tuesday in The Lancet Psychiatry journal...Anxiety was the most common condition, diagnosed in 17% of patients. Fourteen percent of patients experienced mood disorders, 7% had substance misuse disorders and 5% experienced insomnia. About 13% had their first diagnosis of a mental health issue.

That’s one guy’s policy too. Tears it off his face out of disgust for the poor example he is setting if he makes it all the way out to his car in the parking lot before remembering to remove it. When outside and not masked, he is determined not to stray from a straight-ahead normal path on paths and sidewalks no matter who is walking by in the opposite direction, face-diapered or not. So many people are literally afraid of looking at an umasked face in the “wild”. Who knows if such people will ever get over this unnatural fear of other people.

I’m not “afraid” of an unmasked person any more than I am of a drunk driver or urine-soaked street bum. I just want to be nowhere near an ignorant sociopath who could care less about any other humans.

“This sounds like a PSY-OP to convince people to take the SHOT!”

Good thinking, GG.

You are right, of course. That’s exactly what it is. It is also designed to condition those unlettered huns among us who actually contracted the disease in the normal course to be resigned to their fate of simply waiting to be characterized in all relevant forums by their social betters (i.e., those who were smart enough and well-heeled enough to avoided contracting the disease in the first place) as damaged goods, forever to be shunned, avoided, and discriminated against going forward (a negative virtue signal).

MK-ULTRA is real and alive. Shrinks use drugs, hypnosis and ECT to program family killers and workplace shooters. Every single one of these nuts is on psychiatric lines.

Vaccinations are available for the general public in more locations now, if you’re interested. A local Walmart here started vaccinating everyone today (that is, no longer exclusive to front line workers, over 65s, etc.)

This new approach you’ve developed to encountering your fellow man seems devoid of love. The next person you visibly shun may have been in desperate need of a smile or some other expression of human fraternity.

Your newfound fear of human faces will deepen his despair.

Think about it.

‘So many people are literally afraid of looking at an umasked face in the “wild”.’

these people need to be awakened; to be corrected, so to speak; I love confronting those who do this to me, who mask up as they pass me, or veer out in the street...

‘hey, bud, I got leprosy or something...?’ I say to them, and I thoroughly enjoy the look of total confusion I get from them, as if it’s unthinkable to not be ‘with the program...’

Also, as prophesied.

Matthew 24:12 King James Version

12 And because iniquity shall abound, the love of many shall wax cold.

(IMHO this is during the Tribulation which I believe has not started yet - but there are some of these things starting)

I had covid. Now I have anxiety that they are going to FORCE an unneeded and unwanted vaccine into me.

Is there any chance that anxiety is a “positive indicator” for contracting the virus? In other words, perhaps the tendency towards anxiety was a pre-existing condition. The same might be asked about psychiatric conditions.

‘I just want to be nowhere near an ignorant sociopath who could care less about any other humans.’

so if we don’t wear face diapers we are ‘ignorant sociopaths’...? you are aware, I’m sure, that contracting infectious diseases by passing someone on the street outdoors is basically impossible...?

“My wife a covid style of illness 2 years ago (doctors now think she had an earlier form of covid)”

I had a terrible “cold” anout 5 years back, went to pulmonary techs, had a CT scan etc... 4 or 5 months of a terrible cough etc.. I have wondered if I caught a type of covid.

Back in the 80s I had a dog that caught Corona and it was a matter of a shot but the dog was almost dead within 24 hours but we got a shot he pull through. Wondering if exposure to that dog gave me some kind of immunity because that was definitely canine Coronavirus.

Guess it’s not relevant that only 12.8% of the cases diagnosed were first time diagnosis, meaning over 87% of the third already had pre-existing diagnosis. And pretty unclear if COVID caused it, or the infinite lockdowns, closures, resulting unemployment, people not paying rent, utility bills, mask mandates, etc were the primary cause.

“ “Anxiety, at 17%, and mood disorders, at 14%, were the most common, and did not appear to be related to how mild or severe the patient’s COVID-19 infection had been.

Among those who had been admitted to intensive care with severe COVID-19 however, 7% had a stroke within six months, and almost 2% were diagnosed with dementia.”

So...the first group have problems related to anxiety over the disease and the effects of the lockdowns, such as job loss or isolation.
The second group are mostly the elderly or others with comorbidities who already have higher risks of both strokes and dementia.

I’d need to see lots more specific data before I even casually accepted this report.

They say neurological. But they should have said psychiatric.
