The Supreme Court on Monday denied an appeal from Republicans challenging a Pennsylvania Supreme Court decision that allowed ballots received up to three days after Election Day to be counted to accommodate challenges by the coronavirus pandemic.
The court's action is the latest sign that the justices have no interest in cases concerning the 2020 election results. Lawyers for Republicans had argued that the state court exceeded its authority and should have let stand an Election Day deadline passed by the state legislature. Democrats responded that the state court was within its authority to protect the right to vote amid a pandemic.

This was a 6-3 decision. Thomas, Alito and Gorsuch would have heard the case.
Courts trump legislatures ... just ask the courts, they’ll say it’s so.
Of course they did. The Supreme Court is feckless...
So out of three Trump picks, only one, Gorsuch, has been a reliable conservative vote.
Barrett and Kavanaugh have been Roberts Jr. and Mrs. Roberts.
So they couldn’t challenge it before the election. Nor during the election. Nor after the election. Sounds like no legal options against voter fraud. And Trump’s picks on the court continue to wimp out.
Sounds about like the GOP average. Contrast that with the Dems 100% reliable judges.

Courts have given themselves quite a bit of authority over the years. Not sure how much of this has been challenged. I doubt any. Kind of like judges giving themselves judicial immunity. Not sure if that’s such a thing.
But, when an issue is ignored, it’ll become a problem down the road. The legislatures have become too obedient to the courts and when you have a rigged system like they do in Pennsylvania, you need to take drastic measures.
Of course they did. Treasonous, corrupt pigs!

Honestly this is a state issue
The legislature had the power to follow the laws
They should have demanded it
They could have sent Trump electors but decided to certify Bidum ones instead
So instead of crying to the supreme court, why don’t they do something? Hearings, investigation, possible removal of the governor?
But there is no consequences because our guys are too afraid to get dirty with the rats. It is always about the “high road”, never about what is right.
Those two could have swung this to a 5-4 decision. Amazing (but not surprising) lack of fidelity to both their oaths to the Constitution, and to the person who is singularly responsible for them being where they are.
Did any rational, decent person really expect justice from an institution that legalized abortion and gay marriage? Face it it took a great deal of vile collusion to steal a Preidential election. The fix was and remains in. Roberts, Kavanaugh and Barrett are at their core evil and cursed.
Covid was the coup.
So, no standing before or right after the election and “moot” after the election.
So you just can’t get this issue in front of the SC.......
That’s it.
We are finished.
If they refuse to hear the evidence, then the same machines will be used in 2022, and the Governor’s and the DAs can make up any rules they desire, regardless if the constitution gives power exclusively to the Legislatures over matters of elections.

I said at the time that Trump should have selected the Latina from the Florida Supreme Court. Amy Comey Barrett appears to be one of the phonies that the Bushes would have put on the court as a “conservative”.
