We are finished.

If they refuse to hear the evidence, then the same machines will be used in 2022, and the Governor’s and the DAs can make up any rules they desire, regardless if the constitution gives power exclusively to the Legislatures over matters of elections.

We are screwed!

This case had nothing to do with machines or alleged fraud and there was no dispute about the evidence.

It was strictly about the balance of power defined in the PA Constitution.
