The Supreme Court of the Unit­ed States (SCOTUS) is set to hear a num­ber of high-pro­file elec­tion fraud cases.

The SCOTUS is now sched­uled to con­sid­er the vot­er fraud cas­es for Penn­syl­va­nia, Michi­gan, and Geor­gia on Feb­ru­ary 19, 2021.Justices will hear the cas­es that allege wide­spread fraud in the 2020 pres­i­den­tial election.

Among those to be heard are Repub­li­can Rep. Mike Kel­ly’s Penn­syl­va­nia elec­tion case, pro-Trump lawyer Sid­ney Pow­ell’s Michi­gan elec­tion case, and attor­ney Lin Wood’s Geor­gia elec­tion case.

This case in the SCOTUS is *NOT* a waste of time. It is in fact, NECESSARY.

John Roberts is afraid it may trigger rioting; doesn't care about law. He can (and has) buffaloed the other justices into ruling his way.

The legal issue in the cases they are hearing isn't fraud. It's that the election wasn't run according to statutory law, thus enabling fraud. They could easily win on that point, but the bigger issue is the proper remedy, and whether five justices get jelly spines about tossing illegal votes.

If SCOTUS hears these cases, it will be to trash them - to help the Deep State / Far Left which they fear.

Deep Statists are few in number (that's why they have to use election fraud), but powerful and rich. For us, that's a problem because they have plenty of options.

They won't mind trashing the power grid or some horrific thing, just to keep us in line, or punish us. These people are crazy. Next couple years should be interesting. >:(

It is necessary for them to hear at least one case. Here's the way it should go, Did state law say unverified signatures could be counted? Did sate law say they could count votes for 4 days after Nov 3? Dis state law say they could have unsolicited votes go through the mail and lose the chain of evidence? And so on.

We all get hopped up counting illegal alien votes, dead people's votes, double votes, no signature votes, votes for empty lots, ect. The real question for SCOTUS is can judges and Secretaries of state or Governors change state law on elections?

All of these results come from ignoring state law by judges and non legislators. That's illegal and the SCOTUS MUST say so. If they don't, eventually America will burn.

The Civil War actually started when Dredd Scott was decided and the SCOTUS ruled that Laws could be ignored to get the desired outcome.

SCOTUS decided that Dredd Scott was still a slave even though the law stated that if he stayed in a free state for a certain amount of time, he was a free man. He stayed way over the required time yet the Scotus decided he was still a slave. If the law no longer matters or we only follow some laws and forget the others, the union covenant is broken. We all agree to follow the laws made by the people even if we don't like the particular law. If you make me follow the law and no one else has to, there will be bloodshed.

This, all of it, should be set at the feet of the SCOTUS. They failed when they denied to hear the TX, and enjoining states, against PA.

There were a series of fraudulent voting charges here. Were they enforced and corrected before this election took place ? If they weren’t is not a review called for ?
If the Georgia Secretary of State is in charge of voting he has the responsibility of enforcing the state’s regulations as to who votes. And eliminate those from voter lists who don’t qualify.

Assign prosecutors to personally canvass and investigate. Check if military actually voted by asking them. Identify all voters by checking on legal age their residency and citizenship. If found they do not qualify charge Illegals including state visitors known as snowbirds also include any technical computer fraudulent Italian programming testimony when presenting to the court and get these election results tossed.
