The Supreme Court of the Unit­ed States (SCOTUS) is set to hear a num­ber of high-pro­file elec­tion fraud cases.

The SCOTUS is now sched­uled to con­sid­er the vot­er fraud cas­es for Penn­syl­va­nia, Michi­gan, and Geor­gia on Feb­ru­ary 19, 2021.Justices will hear the cas­es that allege wide­spread fraud in the 2020 pres­i­den­tial election.

Among those to be heard are Repub­li­can Rep. Mike Kel­ly’s Penn­syl­va­nia elec­tion case, pro-Trump lawyer Sid­ney Pow­ell’s Michi­gan elec­tion case, and attor­ney Lin Wood’s Geor­gia elec­tion case.

Nope, because this is unchartered and undefined territory, and even if it weren't the Court has never ruled on such a thing and it would be folly to try to deduce how it would land with the current cast.

I would NOT expect the usurpation to be undone even if one or more states were found to have been fraudulent, as the SCOTUS normally does not like to delve very deeply in that side of things.

This case in the SCOTUS is *NOT* a waste of time. It is in fact, NECESSARY.

Every single time the conservative press has ALL CAPS anywhere in the headline it means the Democrats will get away scot-free. After the last five months we are still refusing to accept how pervasive the corruption in State and Federal governments really is.
