The other thing that might happen, SCOTUS might not rule on the evidence of fraud. They might rule on procedural issues and send it back to lower courts for evidentiary hearings.
The legal issue in the cases they are hearing isn't fraud. It's that the election wasn't run according to statutory law, thus enabling fraud. They could easily win on that point, but the bigger issue is the proper remedy, and whether five justices get jelly spines about tossing illegal votes.

Now that we can agree on. BUT, they already denied hearing it. I.E. The TX and enjoining states.
IMO, the one big mistake the Trump legal team made.
