President Joe Biden issued an executive order on his first day in office, mandating that any schools that receive federal funding must function as if biological males who claim to be females are the same, and vice versa, or risk losing that funding. This pro-transgender policy extends to male athletes who claim their gender identity as a female should allow them to compete on women’s teams, receive women’s scholarships, and be admitted in women’s locker rooms.
“Children should be able to learn without worrying about whether they will be denied access to the restroom, the locker room, or school sports,” the executive order reads, promising that the Biden administration is committed to “prevent and combat discrimination on the basis of gender identity or sexual orientation.”
Biden previously promised to pioneer a radical transgender agenda, telling the mother of an 8-year-old, gender-confused child at a town hall that he would “flat-out change the law” and eliminate former President Donald Trump’s executive orders concerning sex and gender identity. His pledge received support and encouragement from now-Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer.
“Joe Biden said that on his first day of office, he will give transgender students access to sports, bathrooms, and locker rooms in accordance with their gender identity in all federally funded schools. Do you think he has the ability to do this, and do you agree with his decision?” a reporter asked Schumer.
“I agree with the decision, and I know he’ll check things out thoroughly, legally,” Schumer said.
During his campaign, Biden also vowed to use the Department of Education to investigate and address any violations of transgender students’ civil rights, including removing federal school funding or risking legal action. His new executive order also mandates that every agency must act to ensure the enforcement of this new rule within 100 days of Jan. 20.
Under Trump, the Department of Education’s Office of Civil Rights found that a Connecticut policy that allowed biologically male student-athletes who identify as female to participate in female sports violated Title IX. Democrat Rep. Tulsi Gabbard of Hawaii introduced legislation in the House in December that prevents biological men from participating in female sports.

This is so short-sighted and stupid. This will create chaos.
This is exactly like making it legal for people to drive on the left side of the road if that is their choice. But does freedom to drive on either side of the road actually result in more driving freedom?
No, the opposite is true. It would no longer be safe for anyone to drive - and would result in a profound loss of freedom.
The same is true if boys/men who identify as girls/women are “free” to share public restrooms and locker rooms with girls/women: a profound loss of freedom.
How many employees and students will be uncomfortable with this arrangement and ask permission to go home to get some privacy? Will they be allowed to go home?
How many shoppers will choose to go home rather than share a restroom with the opposite sex?
What will be the economic effect? I think it will be a train wreck.

Trump awakened lots of regular folks who just didn’t regularly vote, but got off the couch this time to help him along, he didn’t rock the world of the “American Idle” on the left and pull them to his camp.
That whole #walkaway thing wasn’t a horde of braindead “Happy Meal” voters suckling off of CNN; they were moderate left-leaners who actually THINK for themselves, and had the capacity to be mortified at the far-left policy goals being promoted by leading Democrats. People who are so shallow they say things like Obama’s gonna pay for Obama phones outta his stash — there’s NO amount of learning anything different that’s ever going to happen between those ears.
THAT’S who I was talking about.
That is why 2022 will be a very interesting year for the midterm elections.

So a fully male 18 year old person can shower with 13 or 14 year old little girls if theyre in athletics together.
This may help explain the surprise decision of Mike Whan, the widely respected commissioner of the LPGA, to resign this past month. No successor has yet been appointed.
He would have to be dealing with the legal problems for his sport created by these policies. At the moment, I don’t see any leading women golfers who appear to be boys in the recent past. That may change soon, and it would wreck the progress of the LPGA, especially in Korea and other Asian countries where I’m sure this b.s. doesn’t play well.
A few years ago (around 2015) the US women’s national soccer team scrimmaged a boys under-15 academy team located in Dallas. The boys team won 5-2.

The country is going down...fast. There’s nothing you can do about it, nothing I can do about it, hnothing 80 million of us can do it about it. It’s going down to the pit of Hell.
God could do something about it...but look around you, don’t you get the sense that THIS is what God is doing here. This is judgment. We were weighed in the balance and we didn’t even come up to the most meager measure. God isn’t going to apologize to Sodom and Gomorrah. So this is what it is. No country that ever existed on the face of the Earth deserved God’s wrath more than this one.

You don’t seem to be looking at the big picture. Those women will care when their daughters come home crying because they lost their athletic scholarship to some guy, and won’t be going to that trendy university......they’ll care when their daughter gets raped by some jerk at middle school who decided he felt like a girl and “shared” the girls lavatory that day. They’ll care when they find out there’s no sex separation in the showers at school.
Nah, they’ll just say, “Well at least we got rid of that mean Orange Man!”
Same here; I don’t think I’ll have a long wait, either. My son has been a general manager on BIG construction jobs building “cracker” plants to process all the natural gas from the fracking boom.... he’s been pulling down over a hundred thou a year for the past five years...... and he has the lifestyle to go with it.... of course he’s a union member, and thus well indoctrinated to vote Democrat. Family relations have been a mite strained the past few years... but now they are going to take a turn for the worse.....LOL... it’s really going to be hard watching him lose that half million dollar house, and boat, and ‘xpensive toys...
