This is so short-sighted and stupid. This will create chaos.
This is exactly like making it legal for people to drive on the left side of the road if that is their choice. But does freedom to drive on either side of the road actually result in more driving freedom?
No, the opposite is true. It would no longer be safe for anyone to drive - and would result in a profound loss of freedom.
The same is true if boys/men who identify as girls/women are “free” to share public restrooms and locker rooms with girls/women: a profound loss of freedom.
How many employees and students will be uncomfortable with this arrangement and ask permission to go home to get some privacy? Will they be allowed to go home?
How many shoppers will choose to go home rather than share a restroom with the opposite sex?
What will be the economic effect? I think it will be a train wreck.
