Kyle Rittenhouse, the teenager charged with killing two people during protests in Kenosha, Wisconsin, over the summer, was recently spotted drinking at a bar and posing for photos with apparent Proud Boys sympathizers after being released from jail on $2 million bond, prosecutors say. Now, prosecutors in the state have filed a motion to modify Rittenhouse's bond conditions.
Rittenhouse, who was 17 at the time of the shooting, was charged as an adult with two counts of first-degree homicide and one count of attempted homicide. He also faces charges of recklessly endangering the safety of two other victims and possessing a weapon while under the age of 18. On January 5, he pleaded not guilty to all charges.

Doesn’t he have a lawyer looking after his best interests?
Good cause but kind of a dumbass.
Poster by for stay home.
So what?
Let Kyle have some peace.
I agree...so what. Has zero bearing on the case
So?
He’s a kid. But I wasn’t aware that taking a photo with a Proud Boy is a crime. From what I’ve read about that group they are not a violent racist group. Politically incorrect with some kooky members.
“Members of the jury, we will show you how Kyle conspired with known members of the Proud Boys and others who may have White Nationalist and racsist ideas, who advocated for going to Kenosha to “get some.”
All this while showing the photo.
Opening statements do not have to have an ounce of proof or evidence in them. They are merely a narrative of the case.
Plus this will be all over the news. It may never come up in the case, but a member of the jury might have this “fuzzy image” of Kyle, underage, in a bar with someone they heard was a “crazy militia guy.”
No, you are right. None of this was illegal (being in a bar might have been, but a minor issue). But it adds to the impression of a child who is not following the rules, and who is hanging out with “sketchy” people.
That stuff DOES matter when you are awaiting trial.
Good for Kyle and the Proud Boys. What’s the problem here?
Posing with ‘apparant proud boys supporters’? What is that? Is that like knowing someone who’s cousins girlfriends brother knows a guy whose uncle once took an Uber driven by a guy once worked on the car of one of the proud boys?
People that know the lyrics to an obscure Clay Aiken song, I guess...
A group hated by the Stalinazi media. Automatically makes them patriots.
Not guilty.
Where is this photo? Has anyone seen it? Does it exist? You think it would be plastered all over the front page!
What are Proud Boys supporters? Do they have little membership badges?
It’s in the Daily Mail. Clear as day.
Exactly. Who gice a crap! False liberal flag to try to make the proud boys look like terrorists. Kyle should have been NRA Man of the Year!
