The pearl clutchers just need to go ahead and admit that Kyle is a superhero.
These high profile cases require someone to guide those charged. The pressure can be enormous.
They charge him as an adult for using a firearm when not an adult.
They go after him for drinking a beer, something only adults get to do. (And as I recall it’s not against the law in his state.)
He’s already guilty—it’s just a matter of paperwork in their eyes.
Now they declare that this felon-to-be has fallen in with a bad crowd.

Posing or association with the Proud Boys isn’t against the law or prejudicial to his case.
He still has 1st and 4th amendment protections, and if the prosecution made this part of their plan, I’d be prepared to jump them and shove it straight up their backsides with FACTS.

They are young and think they are patriots. What are you going to do. Our father’s generation broke things and killed people in WWII. This is their WWIII. We just have to hope this all works out.

This has nothing to do with the 1st or 4th Amendment.
He would have a 1st Amendment right to go on television and read a statement saying he shot that person with criminal intent, and that it was premeditated. He could also confess to any other number of crimes, under the 1st Amendment.
So he had the right to do it, but that doesn't meat it would help his legal issues. So, this has nothing to do with his rights.
Saw another article that while at the bar, he posed for a photo using the “Okay” hand signal, and of course the article claimed it was the signal for white supremacists. So are Andrew Cuomo and Barack Obama white supremacists too? Everybody uses that hand signal. This world is spinning out of control more every day. I’m glad I’m on the tail-end of my life.
He has a 1st and 4th amendment right to associate and to speak why such association is consistent with his defense. PBs are pro 2nd amendment and make no secret of it.
I’m sure the prosecution will love that.
His parents sure aren't. Taking him to a bar and letting him drink at 18 will sure go over well with the jury.
LOL. I never said it was illegal. I asked why he doesn't have a lawyer looking out for his best interests.
Any lawyer worth his salt would make sure this kid did not appear or speak in public, except in a possible tightly controlled was by the lawyer. But probably not even that.
Apparently you aren't familiar with the U.S. legal system. Because anything you say can be used against you. Anything you do on video, could be used against you.
Any reasonable lawyer would not have his client seen celebrating in a bar while out on bail, let alone one who is a 17-year-old child.
Among other reasons, a potential juror could see this, and rightly or wrongly, that could carry into their jury service. Find me one criminal lawyer who would say that allowing this child to do this was a good idea?
Look, so-called “Proud Boys” are leftwing, idiot, mother’s basement dwelling users. Yes, leftwing, and used to promote the leftwing. They are named after their theme song, which is an LGBT Disney song. ‘nuff said.
