1) Just finished a discussion with a pro-Trump congressional source on procedures. Very high.
2) On Jan. 6, all that is needed is 1 senator (Hawley) and 1 Congressman (Brooks) to bring an objection to an elector slate (almost certainly AZ, since that will be the first contested.
3) The rules are made by the previous congress; the laws already in place bind the procedures.
4) Pence has no authority on his own to accept or reject any slate. According to source, he will turn to the Parliamentarian for a ruling on how to proceed.

Well, much as I like LS, others disagree. In this instance, I hope LS is wrong.
There’s equally ridiculous a generous number of people summarizing how things should go but haven’t from the get....So it’s anybodies guess what will happen Jan 20th and as much thereafter.
I would like to be aligned with a well funded group that a guy like Ted Nugent would form.
It would really only take a well organized group of around 10,000 (with a plan) to turn things around and purge the communist stranglehold

How many crimes have been investigated and prosecuted in less than 3 months? How long had it taken the DOJ to investigate and prosecute any crimes resulting from Hunter's laptop? How long did it take DOJ to investigate Spygate?
This was always a media/DOJ operation to steamroll the American people into accepting fraudulent election results.
Thankfully? Would you rather have martial law or Joe Biden as president?

Every legal challenge has been shot down. There is no way any court in America will rule in favor of President Trump. The odds are very slim indeed that Mike Pence and Congress will not except the electoral college decisions. This being the case, it’s a foregone conclusion that Joe Biden will be inaugurated on January 20. Unless.....
I would support President Trump if he did indeed go nuclear. But I do not think he will. He will step aside.
This allows the congress to decide to be legitimate or illegitimate.
If congress does not heed the objections to the states in question then they are willingly and openly identifying themselves as an illegitimate institution that does nor represent the Anerican people.
I’m not so sure...for some reason I have this clam feeling that all hell is about to break loose.. it feels like the start of a race before the flag drops...Jan 6 it is game on!
